Moser glass touted as ‘King of Glass, Glass of Kings’
By Larry LeMasters
Ludwig Moser and Karlovy Vary founded Ludwig Moser & Söhne in 1857. The workshop was originally founded to polish and engrave blank, often-large glass pieces. The company became famous for engraving blank glass from Loetz, Meyr’s Neffe and Harrachov. Within a few years, Moser began designing and making its own art glass products.
