By Karin Milliman PLYMOUTH, IND. —An 8 year old’s reaction to her mother’s $2,600 bid was the highlight of a recent auction conducted by Sam and Dave Goebel of Oak Crest Auctions. The young horse lover became the new owner of horses, Belle and Babe, for her 4-H project. She was jumping up and down and made no effort to contain her excitement as she went to pet her new horses.
