Considering a knife might have been the earliest weapon/tool primitive man invented, it is fair to say humans have a long love affair with knives. A Food Chopper or chopper-knife is a kitchen knife, similar to an Alaskan ulu knife that is used for chopping food, usually meat, in preparation for cooking.
