Blue was a great color to be at Forsythe auction
By Susan Emerson Nutter CINCINNATI, Ohio— If collectors learned nothing else during the auction of longtime dealer and collector Marilyn Haley’s collection of great painted items, smalls, and early toys, this lady loved blue! Actually, Haley was a fan of all early or original painted items, but blue was her favorite. This well-known Lebanon, Ohio, dealer’s collection sold May 14 via Forsythes’ Auctions, LLC of Cincinnati, Ohio.
